Our promise to make you Italian ice-cream
We decided early on in our planning, that we didn’t want to buy ice-cream from anyone else to sell in our diner. That wouldn’t do for us, especially considering our family’s long history of making and selling ice-cream in Italy. No, we wanted our ice-cream to be the best possible – to be freshly made using the best ice-cream making machine on the market, the Carpigiani!
So we bought the Carpigiani and we’ve been beavering away ever since – with the help of Carpigiani ice-cream artisans who have come in to assist us with the training of our team – to bring you a range of up to 39 scrumptious ice-cream and sorbet flavours. There are the old favourites, like vanilla, chocolate and pistachio, plenty of fruit flavours, like strawberry, blueberry, lemon and mango, and some of our Italian delicacies – torroncino, cassata sicialiana and many more. We’re going to mix it up, change and vary the flavours as time passes, so be sure to put in your suggestions – we’ll give them a go.
