We’re Dolcino, a coffee shop/gelateria brand with two stores, one in Loughborough and one in Nottingham city centre.

All offers publicised both on this website, on our social media accounts and via third parties are subject to availability and can be discontinued at any time. Many offers require a voucher which must be handed in at the till. Online offers require the code quoted on the ad or mention of the ad seen to validate – these mentions operate as a verbal voucher. Offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless this is written into the fine print of an individual offer.
Online purchases can be returned within seven days of purchase.
Planning a corporate event, party or wedding? Then we have a few options for you. From hiring our our first floor in our city centre premises on Old Market Square in Nottingham to buying some gelato for your event, we’ve got it covered for you.
We provide artisan, premium Italian gelato, hand-made on site by fully-qualified gelato makers made from natural and, where possible, locally sourced ingredients and free range milk from a local farm.
What we offer:
Gelato bike hire. For weddings or parties you can hire out our gelato-bike for the day. It comes complete with a selection of premium gelato, high-quality waffle cones and cups and a member of our team who will serve you and your guests throughout your event. Are you planning a wedding or a summer party, festival or event?
Then we have the perfect party-piece for you. Italian gelato, served for you and your guests by us.
Hiring out our gelato cart is perfect for weddings, balls and proms, graduation parties, milestone birthdays, bridal and baby showers, charity events, festivals, christenings and anniversaries. Packages start at £350 for a basic half-day gelato cart hire for a party of up to 100 people at venues local to the East Midlands.

Why not hire out our store for your party or corporate event?
In Loughborough you can hire out the whole store after 6pm on most evenings and in Nottingham you can hire out the first floor at any time (subject to availability).

To make your booking, fill out our Book-a-Booth form and specify in the notes that you would like a Gelato Party and which store you would like it in, plus let us know of any allergies or special requests. Alternatively you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get in touch with you to confirm if we have availability for your time and date, confirm the details with you.
We apologise but we cannot take bookings for Saturday during peak hours (10 am to 4 pm).
*Gelato-making demos are run in groups of 5 people at a time, so larger groups will take it in turns to do their demos.
